When a Client Needs Money

Don't Settle for Less

Who We Are

A funding company led by legal and financial professionals, we specialize in balancing ease of capital access with immediate, cost-effective solutions. We take a unique approach to law firm and client funding. Attorneys make the funding decisions for their firm and their clients. Because you’re in control of the funding process, you build client confidence and appreciation when you provide solutions with lower fees than typical companies.

Attorneys Only

Your law firm’s relationship with us is built on trust and success, not paperwork and underwriting. Once you join our exclusive network, you drive the funding process for your clients, deciding when settlement funding is the best option.

Transparent Process

Other companies may market directly to your clients with confusing contracts and devastating fees. We take the opposite approach, respecting the relationship you’ve built with your client. You are in the best position to decide on settlement funding based on your knowledge of the case and the client. We will never compete with your judgment by marketing directly to your clients.

Client Funding & Flexibility

If you believe settlement funding makes sense for your client, you or the case manager will complete a one-page online request form. We’ll contact your client if additional information is required. Then, you’ll receive three documents to sign electronically. We will immediately wire or FedEx the money to your client.

Competitive Fees

We charge a small fee, then as little as $100 per $1,000 of funding. Typical clients will pay about $500 per $1,000 of funding, depending on how long the case takes to resolve. Clients will never pay over 100 percent of the funded amount, compared to typical funding companies’ administrative charges of up to 600 percent.
